Our new Heavy weight Raptor and animal handling gloves are made with a dense thick gray cowhide for the arm and a black color cowhide that is double thickness but yet soft and pliable. For that extra protection needed when handling larger eagle and owls we have lined these new gloves with a felt Kevlar lining in the arm and the hand both. These will be excellent gloves for handling large hawks, Owls and Eagles. Other customers will want them for smaller animal handling for animals that may scratch or bite them such as Cats, Raccoons and animals like these. (Comes in pairs only.)

Gloves come in two sizes a small/ Medium, marked as Medium inside the glove and a large/ Extra-large sizes marked as Large inside the glove.

We have had these gloves tested over the past year with a few different eagle and raptor centers and they have been well received with great praise.

We use these gloves for casting up eagles, so we need the added safety the thickness and Kevlar provide. Still very flexible and allow dexterity even with the thickness, which is awesome. Comfortable too. Would highly recommend these for larger birds!
