Here at Mike’s we try to get all orders out within one to two business days, but we do not ship on weekends or holidays and we process orders in the order they were received.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN SHIPPING ONE OR TWO DAY UPS EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS IN THE USA OR INTERNATIONALLY , UPS DOES NOT COUNT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY SINCE THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON THESE DAYS. SO PLAN EARLY FOR THIS TYPE OF SHIPMENT.

SHIPPING TIME STANDARDS FOR THE USA: First Class mail: First class mail normally takes from 5 to 7 days time and comes with no insurance options. Shipping weight maximum is 12oz so only small items can be shipped using this class of mail. All items shipped first class mail with be shipped in a small padded envelope.
Priority mail is normally delivered within 3 to 5 days in most areas but is not a guaranteed service and can take longer to some areas. We process Priority mail orders in the order they were received.
Express mail with the USPS has either a one or two day delivery time guarantee and these guaranteed times are based on where you live. The cut off time for one or two day Express mail service is 100pm PST.
UPS express offers a 3 day, 2 day and 1 day service that is guaranteed and these guarantee times are based on where you live. The cut off time to ship next day or 2 day UPS is 200pm PST. If you do not place your order before this time it will ship out the next day instead.
UPS ground service can take from 3 to 7 days in most areas. The cut off time for UPS-Ground and 3 day service is 200pm PST.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: Most orders will be shipped using Priority mail with the United States Postal service unless you have requested a different service online. If your order is over sized or turns your shipment into a two parcel shipment we may have to contact you with other shipping options and some additional cost may apply to your order.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME TO INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: Shipments going out of the USA using
Priority mail can take from 10 to 30 days is the normal delivery time, but this can be longer to some international countries.
Express mail with the USPS for international orders can take from 7 to 15 days to most countries, but can take longer to others.
UPS Express service international orders can take from 7 to 15 days to most countries, but can take longer to others.
UPS Standard to Canada can take from 7 to 10 days.
DHL service international shipping can take from 5 to 7 days to most countries, but can take longer if there are customs delays.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: International orders are normally shipped by air mail or express mail using the United States Postal Service. We also offer expedited express service using UPS, DHL or Fedex. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like to use one of our expedited couriers. Please note some items we stock may be to large in length to ship by the USPS, so we can give you a quote using one of the expedited couriers. International customers, please note that you may be required to pay additional customs or duty fees on your order when you receive it, Mike’s Falconry Supplies is not responsible for these fees. First class mail international service: Is only available to Canada only. When choosing first class mail option for international mailing, you can only ship smaller items not weighting more than 3.6 pounds and its value cannot be more than $400.00.The maximum parcel length is 24″ with a maximum combined length and width of 36″. We will also insure your parcel at no extra cost to you.
FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS : For any new International customer that have never ordered from us before we require payment by Bank wire or Western Union payment only. When you order online, you will need to choose Bank wire or Western Union payment. Once we get your order in we will send you the information you need to send us the payment for your order. Once you have established a working relationship with us then credit card payment can then be used.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with one of our products we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items except items on clearance or discontinued items if returned within 30 days from date of sale. A 3.5% restocking fee will apply to any items returned within the 30 day period. Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% re-stocking and will be given a store credit that can be used for any new order from Mike’s Falconry Supplies. We only accept returned items back in the same new condition that they were sold in.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE.
. All you need to do is to pack up the items you need to send back to us and add a note with a copy of your sales receipt. Let us know if you want something in place of the returned items and if the cost is more we will contact you when we get the return.
2. We only accept returns for items that are un-used and in the same perfect condition that they were sent out in.
3. Box them up and send them back to us to the address shown on the bottom of our website or on your sale receipt.
4. Once we get the items back, we will contact you.
Special orders: Any custom or special order for equipment is non- returnable and non-refundable.
Hood Blocks sets: Hood block sets half or whole are considered custom orders and are non -returnable or non -refundable.
DVD Returns: DVD’s can only be returned for replacement( of same DVD) if they are found to be bad. Notice about DVD’s. When ordering DVD’s, please note that your DVD player must be DVD-R compatible or the DVD may not work well on your DVD player.(Note, most newer DVD players are DVD-R compatible.) If you have any problems with any DVD please contact us first before sending it back.
