Shipping & Handling information Chart
In the US orders are shipped by Priority mail insured less than five pounds and take about two to three days delivery time not counting Sundays or holidays. Items over this weight will be shipped by FedEx ground service and normally take from 3 to 7 days and shipment is only done for Monday – Friday for delivery. If you need your items in a hurry, please let us know and we can ship them to you by express mail, FedEx or UPS over night, second day or third day service for an additional fee. If you have any questions feel free to contact us anytime.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR ORDER:
- Heavy weight items such as perch may require additional S&H fees, please add these fees to your order when sending in payment. (Online orders will have fees added automatically.)
- International orders, please note that you may be required to pay additional customs fees on your order when you receive it, Mike’s Falconry Supplies is not responsible for these fees.
- For international rate quotes on your S&H cost please e-mail us.
- International orders will be shipped by courier service such as, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
International customers : For orders over $500.00 we require payment by bank wire, if you have not ordered from us before. Please contact us and we will send bank wire information.Please add $25.00 to your order to pay for bank wire fees.
