ORDER INFORMATION: Here at Mike's we try to get all orders out within one business day, but we do not ship on weekends or holidays. All items in stock are subject to prior sale. Also product pricing is subject to change without notice, but rarely happens at mike's as we try to keep our prices the most competitive on the internet.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: Most orders will be shipped using Priority mail with the United States Postal service unlesss you have requested a different service online.If your order is over sized or turns your shipment into a two parcel shipment we may have to contact you with other shipping options and some addtional cost may apply to your order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: International orders are normally shipped by air mail or express mail using the United States Postal Service. We also offer expedited express service using UPS, DHL or Fedex. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like to use one of our expedited couriers. Please note some items we stock may be to large in length to ship by the USPS, so we can give you a quote using one of the expedited couriers. International customers, please note that you may be required to pay additional customs or duty fees on your order when you receive it, Mike’s Falconry Supplies is not responsible for these fees. 

SHIPPING TIME FRAME: Most orders shipped wihin the USA by Priority mail will take about two to five days. Shipments going out of the USA can take from 5 to 14 days is the normal delivery time, but this can be longer to some international countries.

FIRST TIME INTERNATIOAL CUSTOMERS : For orders over $500.00 we require payment by Bank wire or Western Union, if you have not ordered from us before. Please contact us and we will send bank wire information. Please add $25.00 to your order to pay for bank wire fees.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with one of our products we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items except items on clearance or discontinued items if returned within 30 days from date of sale. A 5% restocking fee will apply to any items returned within the 30 day period. Please contact us before returning any item for return instructions. Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% re-stocking and will be given a store credit that can be used for any new order from Mike's Falconry Supplies. We only accept returned items back in the same new condition that they were sold in

Special orders: Any custom or special order for equipment is non- returnable and non-refundable.

Hood Blocks sets: Hood block sets half or whole are considered custom orders and are non -returnable or non -refundable.

DVD Returns: DVD's can only be returned for replacement( of same DVD) if they are found to be bad.Notice about DVD's. When ordering DVD's, please note that your DVD player must be DVD-R compatible or the DVD may not work well on your DVD player.(Note, most newer DVD players are DVD-R compatiable.) If you have any problems with any DVD please contact us first before sending it back.
